Large-size demagnetizer with adjustable waveforms
The pulse-powered demagnetizer eliminates residual magnetism in large and very large ferromagnetic parts, including castings and forgings. It also works on parts that are immovable or cannot be demagnetized with tunnel machines due to their geometry.
You can use the demagnetizer by creating power cable windings, forming coils; or, in some cases, by directly passing current through the part. By combining both methods, you can demagnetize even large components with complex geometries.

The power demagnetizer allows you to modulate the magnetic field in various ways:
- Different waveforms
- Precise magnetizing and demagnetizing pulses
- Precise modulation of the demagnetizing field
Using the controls, you can adjust the operation mode (positioning and configuration of coils, positioning of electrical contacts) and waveform to optimize demagnetization.
