The magnetic field is applied to the part through windings of a cable specifically designed for the application.
The system includes the following functions:
- Low-Frequency Sinusoidal Demagnetizer: the optimal solution for the automatic demagnetization of long components such as pipes, bars, and bundles of bars. It ensures complete demagnetization, even below the surface, reducing the skin effect.
- Incremental Frequency Sinusoidal Demagnetizer: the most advanced solution for the automatic demagnetization of finished or semi-finished parts, providing complete core demagnetization while optimizing the surface layer.
- DC Compensation: allows manual compensation of the magnetic field present in the part when it cannot be properly demagnetized with an automatic cycle. This function is typically used for welding a new section of pipe into an existing line. You can select the correct intensity and polarity of the magnetic field applied.
All parameters and settings are displayed and adjustable via a digital display controlled by a PLC.
The demagnetizer is housed in an industrial-grade case with handles and wheels for easy transport.
